A BILL supplementing, amending and reducing items of the existing appropriations to the public service commission - motor carrier division, fund 8625, fiscal year 1999, organization 0926, as originally appropriated by chapter six, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight, known as the budget bill.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation to the public service commission - motor carrier division, fund 8625, fiscal year 1999, organization 0926, be amended and reduced in the line item as follows:
TITLE II-APPROPRIATIONS.

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, and reduce existing items in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit. tThe item for unclassified is reduced by one hundred fourteen thousand two hundred forty dollars. tThe amounts fas itemized for expenditure in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of JuneJuneJune , one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, shall be available for expenditure immediately upon the effective date of this bill. this account in the budget act for fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, by adding twenty-five thousand hundred ninety-nine thousand four hundred nineteen dollars to the existing appropriation for personal services and by adding seven thousand five hundred dollars to the existing appropriation for employee benefits for expenditure during the fiscal year unclassified for expenditure during fiscal year one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.
